About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused professionals who can deliver a premium in-store experience, understand customer needs, recommend the right products and contribute to sales and customer relationship building while maintaining KIMIRICA’s luxury retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a warm, personalised and premium customer experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain high standards of grooming, product knowledge and store presentation
- Support billing, inventory and day-to-day store operations For Sr. Beauty Advisor
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination




- Guide team members on product knowledge, customer handling and selling
- Support achievement of store sales and customer experience goals For Store Manager
- Manage day-to-day store operations and overall team performance
- Drive store sales targets and business objectives
- Lead the team on customer experience, sales and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory, visual merchandising and store processes
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service standards are maintained
- Coach and motivate the team to improve sales and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory for the Vista Square location
- Confident, well-groomed and customer-focused
- Passion for sales, beauty, fragrance, personal care or luxury retail
- Experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, personal care, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail will be preferred
- Prior team-handling and store management experience preferred for the Store Manager role
- Candidates based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR will be preferred
