- To provide necessary support to Site Finance controller with data required for Analysis of plants Financial results.
- To ensure smooth monthly closing of books of Accounts for the site and help site finance controller in MIS reporting
- To ensure smooth Quarterly / Annual Statutory audit and no NC s in internal Audits.
- Support Finance controller in Preparation of Annual Budget / Forecast
- Other support activities, including PLI related work.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Accountability1 Support Finance Controller with Data required for Financial analysis.

Identify and highlight the areas where site Financials are not meeting the Budget

Validation of CI savings at plant level and highlight the gaps

Work with Operations team to understand the gaps in Financial results

- Accountability2 Smooth Month closing

Work with cross functional team to get the month end provision and validate the same

Posting necessary JVs at the month end with adequate supporting documents

Post vendor credit notes / customer debits at month end

- Accountability3 Statutory / Internal Audit

Provide necessary Support in Internal Audit procedure

Ensure necessary interaction with Statutory auditors for providing the required details and closing queries





Ensure that there are no repeat points from previous internal Audits.

- Accountability4 – Budget / Forecast

Support Finance controller on validation of BOM & Calculation of Raw Material cost for Budget preparation

Interact with other function to work out the variable cost calculation of Budget

Help Finance controller in preparation of Monthly Forecast

- Accountability5 – Other Allied Activities

Attend Daily Works meeting and develop necessary rapport with Operation team

Attend the regular Perpetual inventory count

Extend necessary help during Fixed Asset Verification, Annual inventory count.

Work on data required for Customer PLI

Reviewing daily sales report and update to Finance controller

Review other costs / Scrap on daily basis

Assist Finance Controller during Month closing

Any function / Product line not meeting the Budget
