About the Role

As a part of the Placement Operations team of upGrad’s Learning Support Centres, you will play a key role in managing placement-related operations, including data handling, resume screening, and coordination for placement drives.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, update, and manage placement data using MS Excel with high accuracy.
- Screen and shortlist resumes against defined job requirements.
- Organize candidate databases and track progress across placement stages.




- Coordinate with internal teams for placement drives and related activities.
- Prepare placement reports and ensure timely, confidential data updates.

Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, sorting, and reporting).
- Ability to screen and assess candidate resumes.
- Strong attention-to-detail and communication skills.
- Open to graduate freshers with an interest in operations and recruitment.
