Position: Sr Associate - EFB and Technical Documentation

Department: Flight Operations

Location: Gurugram

Reports to: Manager - EFB / Flight Ops

Role Summary

Responsible for administration, compliance, and operational reliability of Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) systems, including devices, applications, and operational documentation, in accordance with DGCA and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage EFB devices, applications, and configurations (iPads, MDM tools).
- Ensure timely updates of database, manuals, and software.
- Maintain document control and distribution via EFB platforms.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA CAR and internal SOPs.
- Monitor EFB security, data integrity, and access controls.
- Provide user support and coordinate EFB training.
- Maintain records, logs, and audit compliance documentation.
- Liaise with IT, Training, Engineering, and external vendors.

Eligibility

- Graduate (Aviation / Engineering / IT preferred)

- Knowledge of configuration management and operational data validation
- Familiarity with DGCA / FAA / EASA guidance principles
- OEM approved EFB Administrator training preferred.
