Location : Hadapsar, Pune The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of GST, TDS, import-export transactions, customs documentation, LC, BG, foreign currency transactions, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

- Handle import and export accounting and related documentation.

- Account for customs duties, freight, clearing charges, and other import/export expenses.

- Maintain warehouse accounts, inventory records, stock reconciliation, and inventory controls.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, inventory, and ledger reconciliations.

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, statutory audits, and other regulatory requirements.

- Handle accounting related to Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), customs documentation, and foreign currency transactions.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.





- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related activities.

- Guide and supervise junior accounting team members, where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.

- Experience in a trading company is preferred.

- Mandatory experience in import-export accounting.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse accounting and inventory management.

- Experience in stock reconciliation and inventory control.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audits.

- Experience with LC, BG, customs documentation, and foreign currency transactions.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.

- Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and closing processes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Team-handling experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
