? Hiring: SQL Developer – Pharmaceutical Commercial Domain

We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with strong Commercial Pharmaceutical domain experience.

? Role: SQL Developer

? Location: India – Remote

⏳ Contract: 6 Months Initial | Possible Extension

? Key Skills & Responsibilities

- 7+ years of experience writing complex, optimized SQL queries for high-performance reporting.
- Robust experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and other database technologies.
- Experience with data modeling, database design and segmentation techniques.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts: Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Marts and Data Lakes.
- Experience with SQL performance tuning, troubleshooting and data reconciliation.
- 1+ year of hands-on Tableau experience, including dashboard development, data-source management, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Experience analyzing issues across the reporting stack, including database, ETL/data integration, semantic layer and reporting tools.




- Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms in production environments.

? Pharmaceutical Commercial Experience

Strong understanding of Commercial Pharmaceutical processes, including:

- Sales Operations
- Territory Alignment
- Customer Master Data
- Call Activity
- Sample Accountability
- Sales Performance Reporting

Experience with pharmaceutical data sources/platforms such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva CRM and Veeva Align is highly relevant.

? Additional Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Experience identifying root causes of data-quality issues and driving resolution with business and technical teams.
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Vertica experience is a plus.
