Role Description The Speech Therapist role at Rehabi Health is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram, even freshers can apply.

The Speech

Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions in coordination with other rehabilitation professionals. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs,



and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions.

The Speech

Therapist will contribute to continuous quality improvement and support Rehabi Health’s mission of accessible, high-quality rehabilitation care.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for diverse age groups
- Experience working with Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to tailor therapy to individual needs
- Knowledge and clinical experience in Dysphagia management and Language Disorders
- Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant professional registration/licensure as required
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and evidence-based therapy approaches
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or hospital setting is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant documentation, basic computer skills, and familiarity with clinical reporting systems
