- We are looking for a Windows developer interested in building performant Windows apps will be responsible for architecting and building the applications as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for coding using AI coding assistance peer code review and building best practices To be part of existing team and building a product is a highly collaborative effort and as such a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Windows Application development
- 4 years of experience in design and development of Windows applications using Net CUWP OR WPFWinUI
- Good in troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production code base
- Positive knowledge on MVVM patterns and clean architecture principles
- Hands on any of the AI Coding tools such as Claude Code Cline or GitHub Copilot Claude code and Cline are preferred
- Good to have in migration of existing legacy programs to modern standards eg migrating WPF to WinUI3 or NET 68
- Define comprehensive unit integration and UI testing strategies
- Lead formal peer code reviews and ensure quality aligns with coding standards security best practices and maintainability
- Experienced in Agile iterative and parallel development model is desirable
- Proactive fluent in English presentations and strong team player with well versed in Agile AI way of working
- Eager to work in security and complex application and with huge customer base
- A positive mindset and cando attitude
Responsibilities
- Read understand and implement the user stories defined for the development
- Participate in brainstorming to provide feedback and inputs for the system
- Implement Secure clean modern smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience
- Integrate thirdparty SDK APIs etc
- Ability to write secure welldocumented clean C code
- Work as part of LTM and Client team which will include other Windows developers QA Architect Designer and Security officer
- Complete sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups
- Follow detailed development process and end to end SDLC
