About The Role

We are looking for a Specialist - Quality Engineering with strong expertise in Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript for web, mobile, and API automation. The role will focus on building and enhancing automation frameworks, defining end-to-end automation strategies, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Strong client and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust test automation solutions using Playwright, along with JavaScript/TypeScript and supporting testing frameworks. The role includes automation strategy, code reviews, requirement analysis, effort estimation, defect investigation, and defining appropriate automation approaches across business layers.

The position also involves integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines, version-control systems, and quality engineering tools. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders and engineering teams to establish end-to-end automation workflows and continuously improve testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test solutions using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Define portfolio-level automation strategies and conduct code reviews.
- Design end-to-end automation workflows across application services and business layers.
- Perform web, mobile, and API automation testing and recommend appropriate tools and approaches.
- Integrate automation frameworks with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and other DevOps platforms.
- Integrate tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Xray, and Sauce Labs with automation frameworks.
- Review requirements,



estimate testing effort, troubleshoot defects, and identify effective solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams while documenting testing processes.
