Role Description The Spa Therapist role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Spa

Therapist will perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, pedicures, and other body therapies in accordance with spa protocols and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, understanding their needs, recommending suitable treatments, and delivering services that ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, managing appointment schedules, and supporting overall spa operations.

contribute to a positive work environment, and promote repeat visits through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Cosmetology with practical experience in beauty and wellness services.
- Hands-on expertise in Facials and skin-care treatments, with knowledge of different skin types and product usage.
- Proficiency in Spa Treatments, including body therapies and relaxation techniques, following established protocols.
- Ability to perform Pedicures and basic nail care with attention to hygiene and client comfort.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and a professional, respectful demeanor.
- Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology, or beauty and wellness from a recognized institution.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all treatments and work areas.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by spa operations.
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new techniques, adapt to spa policies, and participate in ongoing training.
