Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end PR-to-PO procurement for indirect materials and services.

- Execute RFQ/RFP/RFx, supplier evaluation, bid comparison and commercial negotiations.

- Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers in accordance with approved procurement processes.

- Create and release Purchase Orders in SAP/Ariba/OneSRM or similar procurement systems.

- Drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, benchmarking and spend optimization.

- Manage supplier performance, delivery issues, PO amendments, payment terms and invoice discrepancies.

- Maintain procurement documentation including SOWs, contracts, approvals and compliance records.

- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance and audit requirements.

- Collaborate with Business Units, Finance, IT, MarCom and Category Managers to understand requirements and implement sourcing strategies.

- Support process improvement, automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement,



Engineering, Commerce or related field.

- 36 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Purchasing, preferably in Indirect Procurement.

- Strong hands-on experience in RFQ/RFP, supplier negotiation and vendor management.

- Positive knowledge of SAP MM, SAP Ariba, OneSRM or similar e-procurement systems.

- Experience managing PR-to-PO / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost comparison, benchmarking, spend analysis and savings.

- Knowledge of contract management, procurement governance and compliance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in MarCom, Marketing, Meetings & Events, Mobility, Professional Services, IT or Facilities procurement will be an advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume procurement environment with strong attention to detail.
