We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions for both technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for or Non-IT roles.

Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and stakeholders Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements Required Skills: Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles (BPO, Sales, Operations, etc.)
