Gather and analyze operational data from various departments including Production, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Quality Control, and HR.

• Work with departmental heads to identify data requirements, and ensure relevant metrics are captured consistently.

• Use statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data, identify patterns, correlations, and trends.

• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create easy-to-understand visualizations of complex data.

• Maintain and update business performance dashboards to track KPIs related to manufacturing efficiency, cost management, and product quality.

• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and prospects for continuous improvement across the manufacturing and operational workflows.

• Work with relevant departments to streamline processes and implement data-driven solutions to reduce costs and improve productivity.





• Provide regular reports and performance insights to the Director, highlighting trends, issues, and areas of improvement.

• Develop data models, forecasts, and predictive analysis to support strategic planning.
