Qualifications : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 3+ Years in Banking / NBFC
Products Exposure: NCD, NCD Sub-Dept, Business Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, drive business growth, ensure compliance, and manage team performance.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of NBFC/banking operations, loan products, and recovery management.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily morning meetings and circulate instructions
Control branch expenses within approved limits




Verify and authorize vouchers, registers, and system entries
Monitor daily transactions and ensure proper day-end closure
Custodian of branch keys, documents, and unused cheques
Manage branch business targets and loan recovery activities
Track performance and ensure achievement of branch targets
Handle customer complaints and ensure grievance resolution
Manage cash/bank reporting, BRS submission, and fund movements
Ensure compliance, audits, statutory renewals, and branch discipline
