Responsibilities: Review and assess previously processed US healthcare claims Handle current US claims accurately and efficiently Ensure adherence to US healthcare and insurance guidelines Maintain proper documentation and claim records Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy benchmarks Requirements Bachelors degree completed Minimum 1 year of experience in US Claims Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to work US night shifts Submission of all academic transcripts up to the final semester (no pending courses) Mandatory documents:
