Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Train, motivate, and develop advisors to achieve business targets.
Drive sales of life insurance products through the agency channel.
Support advisors in customer acquisition and relationship management.
Conduct joint field visits and sales meetings with advisors.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Maintain high levels of customer service and persistency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, BFSI, or team handling.
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team.
Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
Local market knowledge is preferred.
