Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source recent land/property opportunities as per business requirements.

- Conduct market research to identify potential landowners, developers, and investment opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

- Generate and evaluate property/land leads based on location, size, commercial viability, and project potential.

- Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility, due diligence, legal, and commercial evaluation.

- Negotiate and facilitate discussions with landowners and relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential sourcing opportunities and provide regular updates to management.

- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, upcoming developments, and land opportunities.
