Roles and Responsibilities :
Solution Design and Architecture:
Develop and design scalable SCADA solutions using the Inductive Automation Ignition platform.
Create detailed architectural designs and documentation to ensure solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
Ensure rigorous testing and validation of SCADA solutions to meet quality and performance standards.
Project Management:
Lead the implementation of SCADA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Pre Sales, and engineers to deliver successful projects.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
People Management:
Manage team of 10+ engineers
Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal team to build capacity.
Technical Leadership:
Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Ignition SCADA projects.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in SCADA technology and Inductive Automation Ignition.
Client Engagement:
Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed SCADA solutions.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in computer / electronics engineering
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
Expertise in Ignition SCADA and Sepasoft MES platform.
Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and control systems.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ignition Gold certified.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
