Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Solar EPC to supervise and coordinate solar project execution at site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that installation, construction, electrical works, and commissioning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Supervise day-to-day solar EPC site activities including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works. Ensure installation of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, cables, earthing, and other equipment as per approved drawings. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and project management teams. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Check the quality of materials and workmanship at site. Read and understand GA drawings, SLDs, electrical drawings, structural drawings, and layouts. Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress reports.

Coordinate material requirements and maintain proper utilization of materials at site. Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements,



and site safety standards.

Support testing, inspection, commissioning, and handover of solar projects. Maintain site documentation, checklists, inspection reports, and as-built information.

Coordinate with clients and consultants during site inspections. Prepare regular updates on project progress, manpower, materials, and site issues.

Required Qualifications • • • • • •

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.

1–4 years of experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Electrical or Construction projects preferred.

Good knowledge of solar project execution and site activities. Ability to read technical drawings and understand site layouts. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work at project sites. 1Key Skills • • • • • • • • • •
