Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Installation role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role includes installing, testing, and commissioning solar photovoltaic systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects. Daily responsibilities involve site assessment, mounting structures, panel installation, wiring, connection of inverters and other balance-of-system components, and basic troubleshooting.

The position also includes coordinating with project engineers and supervisors,



following safety protocols and quality standards, and preparing basic installation reports and documentation.

The Solar

Installation professional will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, safe, and efficient project completion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid technical skills in solar PV installation, including mounting, wiring, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess skills in site assessment, layout planning, and understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety practices, use of tools and equipment, and adherence to quality and environmental standards.
- Candidates should possess basic project coordination skills, including time management, documentation, and communication with supervisors and clients.
- Relevant technical education (e.g., ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in solar installation, EPC projects, or electrical installation work is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions, travel to project locations in the Kolkata metropolitan area, and perform physically demanding tasks is required.
- Comfort with working in diverse teams, willingness to learn new technologies, and commitment to sustainable energy solutions are highly valued.
