Role Description The SOLAR CRM EXECUTIVE role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves managing customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, updating customer records, and tracking leads and opportunities for solar projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team, following up on inquiries, supporting customer onboarding, and monitoring customer satisfaction and retention activities. The SOLAR CRM EXECUTIVE will analyze customer data to identify trends, prepare basic reports on performance metrics, and help optimize the customer journey. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience and support overall sales and service efficiency.

- Candidates should possess Customer Retention and Customer Experience skills to maintain long-term relationships and ensure a positive customer journey.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead management, follow-ups, and conversion activities within the CRM.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) in a sales or service environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with solar or renewable energy products and basic understanding of sales processes in this sector is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately with data, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a customer-focused approach is essential.
