Design, develop, and maintain LAM standards-compliant software; lead and mentor development teams.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain LAM standards-compliant software
- Plan and coordinate development activities
- Lead and own component software in multi-developer projects
- Maintain installed base by debugging and fixing issues
- Participate in customer issue resolution

- Mentor junior engineers
- Drive productivity through KPI tracking and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Tech, EE, EC, Telecom, Instrumentation Technology)
- 7 - 10 yrs of experience
- Solid C programming, preferably in hardware interfacing

- Knowledge of RTOS

- Full SDLC experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Customer management exposure
- Desirable: OOPS, scripting, distributed systems, socket programming
