Job Summary The Workspace Collective is looking for a CAD Designer / 3D Design Engineer with knowledge of AutoCAD 3D and SolidWorks to create detailed drawings and 3D models for office furniture and interior fit-out products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate production drawings, workstation layouts, storage designs, and individual components for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings of office workstations and furniture using AutoCAD.
- Create detailed drawings for office storage units, cabinets, pedestals, tables, and related furniture components.
- Develop 3D models and individual components using SolidWorks.
- Prepare manufacturing/production drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications.
- Develop components, assemblies, and detailed part drawings in SolidWorks.
- Understand materials such as MS, plywood, MDF, HPL, aluminium, and other furniture materials.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure drawings are practical for manufacturing.
- Modify drawings based on site requirements and production feedback.
- Maintain proper drawing standards,



dimensions, revisions, and documentation.
- Support the production team with technical drawings and component details.
- Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and dimensions.
- Basic understanding of furniture manufacturing and fabrication.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed production drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work closely with the production team.

Education

- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD and SolidWorks skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in office furniture, workstation, storage, modular furniture, fabrication, or interior fit-out drawings will be preferred.

Salary

- ₹18,000 per month
- Salary may be discussed based on the candidate's skills and experience.
