Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer / Analytics QA Engineer / MarTech QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in web analytics, customer tracking, data-layer validation, Adobe Web SDK, and test automation.

This role focuses on validating digital customer behavior and analytics instrumentation rather than conventional application functionality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies for data layers and Adobe Web SDK (Alloy.js) implementations.
- Develop reusable automated test frameworks and test suites using JavaScript and Python.
- Validate event payloads, data-layer schemas, event naming conventions, and tag-firing behavior.
- Test Adobe Web SDK integrations with analytics and experience platforms.
- Build automated validation tools to verify data quality and tracking accuracy across releases.
- Translate business and tracking requirements into detailed test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Validate instrumentation across web templates, components, and single-page applications (SPAs).
- Perform regression, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
- Build and maintain API test suites.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
- Maintain test documentation and knowledge bases using Confluence.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, development, CMS, and engineering teams.
- Drive improvements in analytics QA practices, automation frameworks, test coverage, and data quality.




- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Software QA / Test Automation experience
- Solid experience in Analytics QA / MarTech QA
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Web SDK / Alloy.js
- Experience with Adobe Analytics / Adobe Launch or similar analytics/tag-management platforms
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Experience working with data layers, browser events, event listeners, JSON payloads, and schemas
- Strong test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- Strong API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, Karate, or similar
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Experience with Python for automation/validation scripting
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience testing customer journeys and web/SPA applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
