Role Description: This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Software Integration Engineer (Mid-Level, Full Stack). We're primarily hiring in India, but you'll be part of a globally distributed team — collaborating daily with our India-based integrations and product team as well as teammates in the US and other regions, so some flexibility for cross-timezone overlap is expected. You'll work across the stack: building and maintaining integrations with Property Management Systems (PMS) on the backend, and shipping the user-facing features they power on the frontend.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain integrations with various Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Build two-way data synchronization flows (rates, restrictions, reservations, availability) with correct conflict-resolution and priority handling.
- Process real-time webhook events from PMS partners and handle API constraints like rate limits, pagination, and partial payloads.
- Develop and optimize our integration pipeline, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Build the frontend features that surface integration data to hoteliers — calendars, controls, and configuration UIs.




- Engage with PMS partners to identify and implement new features and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues using logs, monitoring dashboards, and observability tooling.
- Monitor the daily status of integrations, proactively identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in NestJS (or a similar backend framework) and React on the frontend.
- Strong understanding of API development and integration, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, and SOAP/XML.
- Experience integrating external partner systems and optimizing data flow between platforms.
- Experience with message queues and pub-sub architectures in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks for effective data management.
- Solid grasp of automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and the discipline to validate code before deployment.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development tooling, including AI-assisted development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills — comfortable tracing an issue from a UI report down to a failed API call.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in the hospitality tech industry or with PMS/channel-manager integrations.
- Experience with analytical databases (e.g., ClickHouse) or data-heavy applications.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP etc.) and infrastructure automation.
