Roles and Responsibilities :
Utility Technology / Grid Software Engineering leadership role rather than a generic Software Engineering Manager.You are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager / Sr. Manager with 12+ years of experience who has worked specifically in the electric utility / power-grid domain.
The ideal person should understand both:
Software Engineering: Leading engineering teams, delivery, governance, metrics, process improvement.
Power Utility Domain: Transmission operations, EMS, SCADA, grid applications, power systems, or utility software.
They should also be strong in Protected PI Planning, managing quarterly plans, dependencies, risks, vendors, contracts, and multiple stakeholders.
