Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple software engineering and quality engineering teams across onshore, offshore, and vendor delivery models.

- Own end-to-end delivery for platform enhancements, modernization initiatives, and cross-team execution.

- Drive architecture and design decisions for scalable, distributed systems with complex API orchestration and data aggregation.

- Lead production stability, incident management, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements for a Tier-1 application.

- Partner with product, architecture, and business teams to define priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver AI-enabled platform capabilities.

Skills Required:

- 13 to 16 years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS,



and full-stack application delivery.

- Proven background in large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise API integrations.

- Demonstrated ability to lead scalable, high-throughput platforms with solid reliability and performance expectations.

- Experience guiding engineering teams through production support, release readiness, and enterprise delivery governance.

Good to Have

- Cloud platform exposure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.

- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG-based solutions.

- Background in Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or Contact Center platforms

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
