Requirements:

- 3 - 5 years of qualified software development experience.
- Hands-on development experience with Rust.
- Hands-on experience with Svelte/SvelteKit for frontend application development.
- Hands-on experience with LanceDB.
- Strong software engineering and programming fundamentals.
- Experience developing backend services, APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Understanding of Generative AI and LLM fundamentals.
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search, vector databases, RAG, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI/agentic workflows.
- Understanding of data privacy, security principles, DLP, and AI/data governance.

Good to have:

- Experience building production-grade RAG applications.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with PII/sensitive-data detection, masking or redaction.
- Knowledge of RBAC and enterprise access-control mechanisms.




- Familiarity with LLM security, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Docker and containerised deployments.
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements.
