About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on, product-driven junior full-stack engineer who wants to build real systems—not just components.
This is ideal for someone early in their career who is scrappy, curious, and comfortable learning across the stack—backend, databases, front-end, mobile, and AI/no-code tools.
You’ll work closely with founders and ship features used in real-world operations.
What you’ll do
- Design and manage scalable database schemas (Supabase/Postgres)
- Build backend services and APIs (Python, REST/GraphQL)
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Tailwind CSS
- Contribute to mobile apps (React Native or Flutter)
- Deploy and manage services on AWS (or similar)
- Use AI and no-code tools to prototype and ship faster
- Collaborate across product, design, and operations
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering quality
Must-have
- ~1 year of hands-on experience (projects/internships count)
- Strong Python fundamentals (APIs, backend logic)
- Experience with SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
- Familiarity with Supabase (Auth, DB basics)
- Front-end basics (HTML, CSS, Tailwind)
- Exposure to AI or no-code tools (Bubble, Draftbit, Lovable, etc.)
- Good communication skills
Nice-to-have
- AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Serverless or cloud deployment experience
- Docker or basic DevOps exposure
- Background jobs/queues (Celery, SQS, etc.)
- Startup or product experience
- GitHub, portfolio, or shipped apps
