Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Software Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend and full-stack components for AI-driven applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, implementing APIs and microservices, integrating AI models into production systems, and collaborating closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers. The role involves participating in code reviews, improving existing architectures, troubleshooting issues in production environments, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

The Software

Engineer will also help refine technical requirements,



experiment with new technologies, and support responsible and secure AI practices across the engineering stack.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- 1-2 years of experience building and shipping production applications, with ownership of at least one product from first commit to live users.
- Must be a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Practical experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful APIs, microservices, and working with databases.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, maintainable codebases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and testing frameworks for reliable software delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and participate in technical discussions and reviews.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
