About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SDE III with 6 - 9 years of experience to design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend engineering expertise along with practical experience working with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and scale backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Build scalable and reliable systems with a focus on performance, concurrency, and resiliency.
- Develop high-volume, event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, and data-intensive applications.
- Build and integrate services for AI-powered features, model inference, and retrieval workflows.
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and inference APIs.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models and intelligent capabilities into production applications.
- Optimize backend and AI-enabled services for latency, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across backend services, data pipelines, and AI/ML workflows.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews, testing, monitoring,



and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- 6 - 9 years of qualified software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of backend development, REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and system design.
- Good knowledge of concurrency, performance optimization, and fault-tolerant system design.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging/event-streaming technologies.
- Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching technologies.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD.
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI capabilities into production systems.
- Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and model inference APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with pgvector, Pinecone, or OpenSearch.
- Exposure to vLLM, Triton, TorchServe, or similar model-serving technologies.
- Experience building AI-powered products or SaaS applications.
