Hiring: Delivery Lead Software

Experience: 14+ Years

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Software / IT / Enterprise Technology / AIDC/RFID/ Machine Vision

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead Software to lead the end-to-end software delivery function, ensuring high-quality, predictable and commercially effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery across software projects and customer engagements
- Drive delivery governance, KPIs, quality, timelines and project predictability
- Manage CXO-level customer relationships and critical escalations
- Lead Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Technical Leads and technology teams
- Drive resource planning, utilisation, capacity and delivery economics
- Improve Agile/Hybrid delivery, estimation, risk and release management
- Partner with Sales, Product, Technology and Business teams




- Build scalable delivery capabilities and high-performing teams

Ideal Candidate:

14+ years in Software/Technology Delivery

Experience managing multiple projects/programs and large teams

Strong enterprise software, integration or digital transformation experience

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, QA, DevOps, APIs, Cloud & integrations

Robust commercial and resource management acumen

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills

Experience in IT Services, Software Product, System Integration or Enterprise Technology preferred

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering; MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience managing multiple projects/programs and large teams & handled projects for Manufacturing Industries.
