Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach Sociology to students.

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve understanding.

- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and debate.

- Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development and implementation.

- Stay updated with new developments in Sociology and incorporate them into teaching practices.

Job Requirements

- Postgraduate degree in Sociology or related field (M.A.).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Sociology at the Jr. College level.

- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
