Responsibilities

Technical Development

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.

- Participate in technical design discussions.

- Stay updated with relevant technologies and tools.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.

- Follow established coding standards and development processes.

- Participate in peer code reviews.

Collaboration

- Work closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Provide accurate effort estimates and meet assigned deadlines.

- Support junior developers through technical guidance when required.

Qualifications Educational Background

- BE in IT, MCA,



or equivalent.

Experience

- 34 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Technical Skills

- Robust experience in ASP.NET MVC 4.5 and above

- Experience with .NET Core

- Proficiency in MS SQL Server

- Knowledge of Git or other version control systems

- Familiarity with React, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus

Soft Skills

- Good communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.
