Role Description The Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions focused on communication, presentation, and life skills for diverse learner groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training materials, lesson plans, and activities; conducting classroom sessions; assessing participant progress; and providing constructive feedback and coaching. The trainer will collaborate with the academy team to refine curricula, align content with Communication Intelligence principles, and ensure a high-quality learning experience.





Additional tasks include maintaining training records, supporting workshops or events, and continuously updating methods based on learner needs and industry trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and soft skills, with the ability to model and teach effective interpersonal and professional behavior.
- Proficiency in training and development methods, including designing and facilitating structured learning programs.
- Advanced presentation skills and confidence in conducting engaging, interactive sessions for varied audience sizes.
- Knowledge of life skills coaching, including mindset development, self-management, and personal effectiveness.
- Fluency in English, with clear, neutral accents and the ability to explain concepts in simple, accessible language.
- Prior experience as a trainer, coach, educator, or facilitator, preferably in soft skills or communication-focused roles.
- Relevant academic background in Education, Psychology, Communication, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple batches, and adapt training style to different learner profiles.
- Strong empathy, patience, and ethical conduct, with commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
