Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Strategist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and brand communication. You will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for different brands.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Research trending topics, formats, reels, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Create creative concepts and content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare insights/reports.
- Analyze competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram and social media trends.
- Improve engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand presence.
- Brainstorm new and innovative campaign ideas.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management/Strategy.




- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms.
- Good knowledge of content strategy and social media trends.
- Creative thinking and robust storytelling skills.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to understand different brands and their target audiences.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Reels and short-form content.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other creative tools.
- Experience working with multiple brands is a plus.
- Knowledge of current Instagram trends and viral content formats.
