Social Media Strategist — NUO Labs

NUO Labs is looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Strategist who understands how to build brands, grow audiences, and create content that performs across social media platforms.

You’ll be responsible for developing social media strategies, content plans, campaigns, and growth initiatives, with a strong focus on creating engaging, relevant, and high-performing content.

What we’re looking for

- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms
- Experience developing social media strategies and content calendars
- Strong understanding of current trends, formats, hooks, storytelling, and audience behaviour
- Ability to identify content opportunities and turn ideas into engaging social campaigns
- Understanding of social media analytics, insights, reach, engagement, and growth metrics
- Experience with content planning, campaign strategy, and brand positioning
- Knowledge of AI-powered content creation and social media tools
- Strong copywriting and communication skills




- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with creative teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

We’re looking for someone who is more than just a social media manager — someone who understands why content works, stays ahead of trends, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn creative ideas into content that builds brands and drives results. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
