- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

- Develop a content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

- Manage day-to-day community engagement — comments, DMs, and mentions

- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and report monthly

- Coordinate with designers/photographers for creatives, reels, and product shoots

- Run or coordinate paid social campaigns where needed

- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought-leadership content for founders

- Identify trending topics, industry conversations, and opportunities for founders to share opinions/insights

- Repurpose founder appearances (interviews, panels, events) into shareable content

- Maintain a consistent voice and posting cadence for each founder's personal profile

- Track engagement and growth of founder profiles separately from company metrics

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
