Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and generate engagement for God City LLP’s real estate projects. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, producing social media posts (text, images, and short videos), monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics.

The role also involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies,



responding to audience queries and comments, and staying updated on trends in real estate and social media. The specialist will support lead-generation efforts and help maintain a consistent, professional online brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing content calendars and campaign concepts.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create transparent, engaging copy tailored to different audiences.
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with basic design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in real estate or property-related marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
