About Us

Form Haus Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio opening in Greater Kailash in mid-2027 to 2028. Our vision is to create a thoughtfully designed space where exceptional instruction, intentional movement, and a welcoming community come together.

We want Form Haus to feel just as distinctive online as it does inside the studio. Our social media should be current, playful, visually strong, culturally aware, and genuinely entertaining — not another Pilates account filled with generic wellness quotes and repetitive workout videos.

We're looking for a young, highly social-media-native Social Media Manager to join our founding team and help build the Form Haus personality and online community from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Form Haus across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain a consistent weekly content calendar across all accounts.
- Come to the Greater Kailash studio every Tuesday and Friday to shoot enough original content to be edited, repurposed, and published throughout the week.
- Film short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes content, instructor content, client-friendly content, memes, and trend-led posts.
- Edit and package content for different platforms rather than simply reposting the exact same content everywhere.
- Write captions, hooks, on-screen text, comments, and social copy in a natural, contemporary voice.
- Stay extremely up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, memes, slang, humour, creators, and changing platform culture.
- Identify trends early and adapt them creatively to the Form Haus brand rather than copying them blindly.
- Develop recurring content formats and series that make the Form Haus accounts recognizable.
- Engage with comments, DMs, relevant creators, brands, and community accounts.
- Help create hype around the studio before launch and build an engaged local audience in Delhi.
- Cover studio events, launches, collaborations, workshops,



and other important moments.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to understand what the audience actually responds to.
- Collaborate with instructors and the founding team to continuously generate new content ideas.
- Maintain Form Haus' visual identity and brand voice while keeping the content spontaneous, entertaining, and human.

Who We're Looking For This role is intended for someone who is genuinely Gen Z and internet-native, not simply someone who has studied social media marketing.

You should

- Spend enough time online to instinctively understand what is currently funny, overused, cringe, trending, or about to trend.
- Have a strong understanding of internet humour, memes, slang, TikTok and Instagram culture.
- Know the difference between creating content that feels like an advertisement and content that people actually want to watch.
- Be comfortable appearing behind or occasionally in front of the camera when required.
- Have a strong eye for framing, lighting, aesthetics, typography, editing, and visual consistency.
- Be able to shoot good content using a smartphone without requiring a full production setup.
- Understand short-form video editing and pacing.
- Be comfortable managing several social accounts and keeping track of posting schedules.
- Be creative, observant, quick-thinking, and comfortable experimenting.
- Have strong written English and be able to adapt tone depending on the platform.
- Be reliable and able to attend the studio in Greater Kailash every Tuesday and Friday.

This is particularly suited to an early-career candidate in the 18–22 age range who has grown up with contemporary social media culture and wants meaningful ownership of a brand rather than a traditional corporate social media role.

Preferred Experience

Formal work experience is not essential.





We're much more interested in whether you understand the internet and can make good content.

You may be a strong candidate if you:

- Have grown your own Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, meme page, creator account, or community.
- Have managed social media for a college society, small business, creator, startup, or brand.
- Have experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar editing software.
- Understand basic social analytics and content performance.
- Are interested in Pilates, fitness, fashion, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, design, or contemporary culture.
