About All By Play

All By Play is a 360° music marketing company working across music, artists, content, social media, digital marketing, and brand building. We work on creating campaigns that help music and artists reach the right audience and grow digitally.

Key Responsibilities

- Create content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
- Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories, and other short-form content
- Research trending formats, sounds, creators, and social media trends
- Conduct competitor and audience research
- Support influencer/creator outreach and collaborations
- Help manage and improve social media pages
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
- Work closely with the marketing team on music and brand campaigns





What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 months of relevant experience or at least 1 internship
- Strong interest in social media and digital content
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh ideas
- Valuable understanding of Instagram and social media trends
- Good communication and writing skills
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content tools is a plus
