Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day management of social media channels, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms.

Responsibilities include assisting with campaign execution, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and audience interaction. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader digital marketing strategies and brand guidelines. This is an internship role, based on-site in the Pune District,



providing hands-on experience with live campaigns and client projects.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing to support campaigns and understand audience targeting and performance metrics.
- Strong Communication skills for creating clear, engaging content and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Interest in trends across social platforms, with basic familiarity using tools such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok or similar.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic design or video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) and prior internship or project experience in social media are advantageous.
