Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Social Media Management

- Assist in managing Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain posting schedules and content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and basic social media copy.
- Assist with day-to-day content planning and execution.

Graphic Design & Video Editing

- Create basic social media creatives, stories, posters and promotional content.
- Edit short-form videos/Reels for social media.
- Adapt existing templates and maintain consistency in brand aesthetics.
- Create quick, engaging content suitable for Instagram and other platforms.

Influencer & Creator Collaborations

- Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers and UGC creators.
- Manage influencer communication, deliverables and posting schedules.
- Coordinate content requirements and follow-ups with creators.
- Maintain basic records of collaborations and deliverables.

Event Content Creation

- Attend Lagan Mandap events and actively participate in on-ground content creation.
- Shoot Reels, Stories, photographs and short-form videos using a phone/camera.




- Assist with videography and capturing exhibitor, visitor and event moments.
- Contribute ideas for engaging event content, Reels and trending formats.
- Help execute the content plan during live events.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be based in Jaipur.
- Knowledge of Canva is mandatory.
- Basic video editing skills using applications such as VN, InShot, Edits, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and current social media trends.
- Valuable written communication and caption-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers, creators and exhibitors.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, events and social media will be an added advantage.

Work Arrangement

- Work From Home for regular work.
- Flexible working hours, with tasks and deadlines coordinated with the social media team.
- Physical attendance will be required during Lagan Mandap exhibitions/events for on-ground content creation and coverage.
- Event dates and timings will be communicated in advance.
- Transport and food expenses for required event attendance will be covered by the company.
