Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, writing captions, selecting visuals, coordinating with design and game development teams, and monitoring community engagement. The intern will help track performance metrics, analyze basic campaign data, and suggest improvements to increase reach and player engagement.



The role also involves staying updated on gaming and social media trends, participating in brainstorming sessions, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, especially within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Ability to contribute to Social Media Content Creation, including ideation, basic copywriting, and collaboration with designers or video editors.
- General understanding of Marketing principles and how they apply to brand building and audience growth on digital platforms.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written communication for posts and professional interaction with internal teams and online communities.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, basic analytics tools, and current trends in gaming and online communities.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
- Passion for video games and an eagerness to learn and grow within the gaming and digital marketing space.
