About Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple client brands. The role involves strategy planning, content execution, team management, and coordinating and attending client and in-house shoots to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
- Manage and grow Revigro Marketing’s social media presence by planning and executing content strategies, campaigns, and brand communication across social media platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Social Media team to achieve performance and quality objectives.
- Develop and implement monthly social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Content, Video Production, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Review and approve creatives, captions, reels, and other social media assets before client submission.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and strengthen client relationships.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure timely execution of all social media deliverables while maintaining quality standards.




- Address client queries, feedback, and escalations promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
- Plan, organize, and oversee client photo and video shoots in line with campaign objectives and content strategies.
- Develop shoot concepts, shot lists, and content requirements to ensure efficient production.
- Coordinate with clients, photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams for smooth shoot execution.
- Visit client locations to supervise in office shoots and ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Review final shoot outputs and collaborate with the editing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience working with a Digital Marketing / Marketing Agency is preferred.
- Prior experience handling multiple client accounts will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing social media shoots and content production will be preferred.
