About Us

Parrot Media is a creative-first digital marketing agency working with 50+ brands in fashion, lifestyle, skincare, FMCG, and D2C. With a strong focus on performance-driven content, we are now looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage our Instagram & Facebook presence and represent Parrot Media on-camera.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute Instagram & Facebook strategies for Parrot Media and client accounts.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars – posts, reels, and stories.
- Be comfortable appearing on-camera (reels, behind-the-scenes, trend participation, explainer content).
- Coordinate with the design and content team to deliver scroll-stopping creatives and videos.
- Monitor growth, reach, and engagement metrics on both platforms.
- Engage with followers – reply to DMs, comments, and build an active online community.
- Spot trending audio, reels, and challenges and implement them quickly.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand exposure campaigns.




- Prepare and share monthly social media reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Instagram & Facebook accounts.
- Must be camera confident and open to featuring in reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and latest platform trends.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe tools).
- Creative, trend-savvy, and willing to experiment with fresh formats.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
- Team player with adaptability in a quick-paced agency environment.
