Magic Food Zone is looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete social media presence of Magic Food Zone.
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging Reels, posts, Stories, carousels and promotional content.
- Regularly visit our outlets to shoot food, ambience, customers, staff, offers and behind-the-scenes content.
- Handle photography, videography and video editing for social media.
- Identify trending content, sounds, formats and create relevant content around them.
- Write captions, hashtags and engaging social media copy.
- Manage comments, DMs and overall community engagement.
- Plan social media campaigns for festivals, offers, new launches and outlet promotions.
- Coordinate with outlet and marketing teams to collect and create content.
- Track insights and analytics and work towards increasing reach, followers, views and engagement.




- Explore influencer/creator collaborations and other opportunities for organic growth.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management/Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Excellent Reel creation, photography and videography skills.
- Good video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic designing.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Positive communication and copywriting skills.
- Must be comfortable travelling to outlets regularly for content shoots.
- Ability to independently manage content from idea → shoot → edit → post → engagement → analysis.
