I am looking for a highly experienced and extremely professional Social Media Manager / Content Strategist, with strong expertise in YouTube and creator-led content.

This is NOT a basic social media posting role.

I am looking for someone who has genuinely worked with high-level content creators, influencers, founders, or established personal brands and understands how to build and grow a serious digital presence.

Must have strong experience in:

- YouTube channel strategy & growth
- Long-form YouTube content
- YouTube Shorts
- Content strategy and content calendars
- Video titles, hooks, thumbnails & CTR
- Audience retention and YouTube Analytics
- YouTube SEO
- Instagram/Reels content strategy
- Repurposing long-form content into short-form content
- Working with professional editors,



designers and content teams
- Building a recognizable personal/creator brand

What I want: Someone highly professional, creative, strategic, experienced and proactive — someone who can take ownership of the entire content-growth process rather than simply schedule posts.
