Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in the Pune District.

The Social Media

Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. The role includes managing social media calendars, monitoring engagement and trends, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing posts for reach and performance.

Qualifications

- Social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.

- Robust communication and writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

- Ability to develop and implement content strategy tailored to target audiences and organizational goals.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to measure performance and inform decisions.

- Relevant experience in digital marketing, brand management, or community management is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Capacity to work on-site in Pune District, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
