Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the organization’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and promoting the school’s activities, achievements, events, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the school’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other digital content.
- Cover and promote school events, activities, celebrations, achievements, and initiatives.
- Coordinate with teachers, departments, and the HR/Marketing team to collect relevant content.
- Write creative captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and algorithms.




- Ensure all content aligns with the school’s brand identity and communication standards.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and external agencies when required.
- Support social media campaigns and paid promotions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing tools.
- Creative thinking and strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Preferred
- Experience in the education/school sector will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
